Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers, end users and technical staff on system issues and deployments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and map them to software.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) for data mapping and migration.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team and responsible for managing multiple customers to design and support software solutions.
• Gather requirements with key client stakeholders, define requirements, design solutions, coordinate with development, test, train and transition to services.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct core/advanced modules and stay current with product features.
• Define and support rollout of solutions integrating with Sage Intacct based on client processes and best practices.
• Develop project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and customer success.
• Train customer end-users and relate system functionality to business needs.
• Document customer requirements into software solutions and business processes following BT best practices.
• Respond to customer technical issues during system implementation.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success for project execution.
• Deliver clear, concise communications and leadership to align with customer goals.
