Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• Five (5)+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions and/or experience as a business analyst working with core accounting and finance software.
• Experience in communicating with customers or end users and technical development staff on system issues, modifications, and new software deployment desired.
• Ability to deploy advanced business analytics skills solving complex problems and interpreting customer requirements into deliverable solutions.
• Experience assessing client requirements across a broad array of business processes.
• Programming/coding experience a nice-to-have for translating business requirements into technical solutions and being able to 'speak the language' of technology.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, macros, etc.) is a nice-to-have for efficient data mapping, integration, and migration of customer data.
• Experience supporting or using Sage Intacct is a differentiator.
• Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving.
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team and responsible for managing multiple customers to design and support software solutions.
• Gathering requirements with key client stakeholders and translating them into actionable software specifications.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct features and best practices.
• Define and support rollout of integrated Sage Intacct solutions for clients.
• Develop project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Train customer end-users and relate system functionality to business needs.
• Document customer requirements into software solutions and business processes.
• Respond to customer technical support issues during system implementation.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success to coordinate execution.
• Deliver clear, concise communications and high-quality service aligned with client goals.
• Contribute to knowledge base and deployment best practices.
