Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work with developers, project managers, and clients. Define functional requirements and translate them into software solutions with high customer satisfaction and adoption.

You will collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple customers, understand Sage Intacct modules, and contribute to deployment best practices while growing through firm-wide learning programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or CS.
• 5+ years consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers/end users and technical staff on system issues and deployments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for translating requirements into solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects with time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team and support design and development of software solutions.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders and translate into software specifications.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct core and advanced modules and its latest features.
• Define and roll out custom solutions integrating with Sage Intacct workflow.
• Develop project plans and help ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide training to customer end-users and map system functionality to business needs.
• Document customer requirements into software solutions and business processes.
