Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• Five or more years of experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience as a business analyst communicating with customers, end users, and technical staff.
• Ability to apply advanced analytics to interpret customer requirements into deliverable solutions.
• Experience assessing client requirements across diverse business processes.
• Programming/coding experience is a nice-to-have for translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) for data mapping and migration.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team and manage multiple customers to design and support software solutions.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders, define requirements, design solutions, coordinate with development, test, train, and transition to services.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct core and advanced modules and stay current with features.
• Define and support rollout of custom solutions that integrate with Sage Intacct.
• Develop and communicate project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Conduct training for customer end-users and map system functionality to business requirements.
• Document customer requirements into software solutions and business processes.
• Respond to customer technical issues related to system implementation.
