Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work with developers, managers and clients to translate requirements into Sage Intacct software solutions. You will drive customer satisfaction and successful adoption while advancing your career within a growing advisory firm.

You will gather requirements, design solutions, support implementation, train end-users and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial apps or SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers, end users and technical staff on system issues.
• Ability to deploy advanced analytics and translate requirements into solutions.
• Experience assessing client requirements across business processes.
• Programming/coding experience is a plus for translating requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) are helpful for data mapping.
• Experience with Sage Intacct is a differentiator.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team and manage multiple customers to design and support software solutions with high customer satisfaction and adoption.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders, define requirements, design solutions, coordinate with development, test, train and transition to services.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct, core and advanced modules, and latest features.
• Define and support rollout of customized solutions integrating Sage Intacct based on client processes and best practices.
• Develop project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Train customer end-users and relate system functionality to business needs.
• Document customer requirements into software solutions and business processes.
• Respond to customer support issues related to system implementations.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support and Marketing to coordinate execution.
• Deliver clear communications and lead to align with customer goals.
