Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to bridge business needs and software solutions. You will work with developers, project managers and clients to translate requirements into Sage Intacct-based systems and related ERP solutions.

You will gather requirements, design solutions, and lead trainings while ensuring high customer satisfaction and successful adoption.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field (Accounting / MIS / CS).
• 5+ years of experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial apps, or related SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers or end users and with technical staff on system issues and deployments.
• Ability to apply advanced analytics to interpret requirements and solve problems.
• Experience assessing client requirements across a broad set of business processes.
• Programming/coding experience is a plus for translating requirements into solutions.

• Lead multiple customers to design and support software solutions with high user adoption.

• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct and related modules; stay updated with features.

• Train end-users and map system functionality to business needs.
• Document requirements into software solutions following best practices.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support and Success teams.
