Job summary

Evans, Inc. is hiring a Technical Operations Training Lead SME to coordinate and develop training materials for FAA maintenance and operations standards. You will lead the Training Subgroup, work with subject matter experts, and ensure content aligns with FAA requirements.

The role emphasizes leadership, complex coordination, and experience with FAA Tech Ops training processes, with mostly remote work and some on-site at DC facilities.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with FAA Tech Ops systems, equipment, or maintenance training.
• Experience developing or leading training curricula for technical or operational audiences.
• Strong facilitation and leadership skills, with experience leading working groups or subgroups.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Training Subgroup to identify and develop Tech Ops training requirements.
• Develop training plans, curricula, and materials for new systems or procedures.
• Coordinate with FAA Tech Ops training organizations and experts to align content with standards.
• Facilitate Training Subgroup meetings and capture action items and status updates.
