Evans, Inc. is seeking a Data Solutions Developer to support an air traffic system deployment for the FAA. You will translate high-level requirements into architecture, write production code, and own data modeling, server-side development, UI, testing, and sustainment.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership across data, analytics, and front-end interfaces, with remote work predominating and on-site obligations at agencies in Washington, D.C. and New Jersey as needed.

Qualifications

• 16+ years of relevant experience required; degrees may substitute years.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for complex queries, transforms and optimization.
• Experience designing relational schemas and data layers for operational workflows.
• Design and maintain validation logic, data integrity controls and indexing.
• Develop and manage complex Power BI dashboards with advanced DAX.
• Create Power Pages front-end apps with production-grade UI.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions with the team.
• Design, develop, and maintain databases, dashboards, and reports.
• Improve data integration and automation across implementations.
• Reduce manual data handling and ensure reliable information flow.
• Test, troubleshoot, and sustain implemented solutions as needs evolve.
• Provide technical depth to avoid single-person dependency.
