Job summary

Evans, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Support Lead to join a contract supporting the FAA.

The role will drive end-to-end deployment of an air traffic support system, coordinating infrastructure, engineering, and deployment activities across multiple teams and stakeholders. The position is mostly remote with occasional on-site requirements at the Department of Transportation Headquarters in Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 16 years of relevant experience; degrees may credit toward experience.
• Experience with infrastructure deployment, systems installation, or complex operational environments.
• Understand interdependent activities and constraints.
• Develop and maintain integrated deployment plans across activities, dependencies, resources, and constraints.
• Analyze changes and determine downstream impacts to deployment sequencing, resources, and execution.
• Work through ambiguous problems and develop solutions and mitigations.
• Coordinate resources and activities across multiple stakeholders and domains.
• Translate detailed operational information into actionable plans for management decisions.
• Operate independently and proactively in a fast-moving implementation environment.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience integrating dependencies and resources to drive execution preferred.
• P6 or MS Project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assume ownership of deployment workstreams, site groups, or cross-functional coordination areas.
• Support development and management of an integrated deployment strategy.
• Analyze impacts from changes in field conditions, procurement, readiness, infrastructure, and other dependencies.
• Develop mitigations and recommend risk reduction alternatives to maintain deployment objectives.
• Coordinate implementation activities across internal and external stakeholders.
• Support resource planning and sequencing.
• Support executive-level analysis and decision-making.
• Support the project coordination team as a Senior Project Coordinator.
