Job summary

Evans, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Support Lead to join a contract supporting the FAA. The role focuses on end-to-end deployment of an air traffic support system, coordinating complex implementation across infrastructure and operational environments.

The position is mostly remote with on-site requirements at the Department of Transportation Headquarters in Washington, D.C., and the FAA Headquarters in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. You will own deployment workstreams and drive risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 16 years of relevant experience; degrees credit toward experience.
• Experience with infrastructure deployment, systems installation, or similarly complex environments.
• Understand interdependent activities and constraints; translate into deployment plans.
• Coordinate resources and activities across stakeholders and domains.
• PMI PMP certification required; proven implementation planning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment workstreams and cross-functional coordination areas.
• Develop and manage an integrated deployment strategy.
• Analyze impacts from field conditions, procurement, readiness, and dependencies.
• Develop mitigations and risk reduction options to maintain deployment objectives.
• Coordinate implementation activities across internal and external stakeholders.
• Support resource planning and sequencing.
• Support executive-level analysis and decision-making.
• Support the project coordination team as a Senior Project Coordinator.
