Job summary

Evans, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Support Lead to join a contract supporting FAA deployments. You will oversee end-to-end implementation and deployment activities, coordinating across infrastructure, engineering, and operations to ensure seamless delivery.

The role requires 16+ years of relevant experience, PMP certification, and strong ability to translate operational details into actionable plans. Expect a mostly remote role with some on-site requirements at DOT HQ, FAA HQ, and related

Qualifications

• Minimum of 16 years of relevant experience; degrees may credit toward experience.
• Experience with infrastructure deployment and complex operational environments.
• Ability to translate operational info into actionable deployment plans.
• Strong coordination across multiple stakeholders and domains.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving implementation environment.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment workstreams, site groups, or cross-functional coordination areas.
• Develop and manage an integrated deployment strategy.
• Analyze impacts from changes in field conditions, procurement, readiness, and dependencies.
• Develop mitigations and risk reduction options to maintain deployment objectives.
• Coordinate deployment activities across internal and external stakeholders.
• Support resource planning and sequencing; assist executive-level analysis.
