Job summary

Inspekt AI is seeking a Technical Operations and Support Engineer to provide internal technical support and assist with customer inquiries. You’ll help ensure smooth project operations and collaborate with engineering, operations, and AI teams to troubleshoot systems and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

Experience with Linux systems (Ubuntu/CentOS) and shell scripting.
Understanding of IT infrastructure components (VPNs, cloud services, access control).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

Project Technical Support: assist project teams with technical aspects of inspections.
Internal IT Infrastructure Support: manage internal systems, accounts, permissions, cloud tools.
Customer Technical Support: resolve customer technical issues and maintain satisfaction.
Technical Documentation: create and maintain IT process docs and configurations.
Troubleshooting & Support: diagnose and fix system performance, security, and config issues.
Collaboration with Engineering Teams: coordinate with engineers, developers, and PMs.
Monitoring & Optimization: monitor IT infra for performance and security.
