UTTR is seeking an Operations Specialist to keep our growing team running smoothly behind the scenes. If you enjoy bringing order to chaos, wearing multiple hats, and making colleagues more effective, we want to hear from you.

In this fully remote role, you’ll coordinate culture, HR tasks, AI initiatives, and daily operations, while supporting leadership and maintaining organized systems for a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Own processes and document workflows to improve efficiency.
• Identify gaps and take initiative without prompting.
• Communicate clearly to keep teams aligned.
• Familiarity with project management, HRIS, and collaboration tools.
• Startup environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Culture & communications: Help coordinate internal team events, announcements, and initiatives that keep our distributed team connected and engaged.
• HR administration: Support the people side of the business with light HR tasks including onboarding logistics, employee record-keeping, etc.
• AI Initiatives: Help ideate, implement and see-through AI initiatives at the company.
• Business operations: Own the day-to-day operational workflows that keep the company humming: process documentation, vendor management, tool subscriptions, and cross-team coordination.
• Executive support: Work directly with leadership to manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and anticipate needs before they arise so our leaders can stay focused on the big picture.
• Office & systems management: Keep our remote team's tools, processes, and documentation organized and up to date: from software access to internal wikis.
