AccessHope is seeking a Manager, Technical Delivery - Engineering to lead end-to-end delivery of AI and engineering initiatives. You will coordinate multi-team efforts, manage risks, and ensure production readiness with emphasis on QA and effectivity across vendors and internal partners.

The role involves working with ML, backend, and platform teams, aligning vendor practices with internal standards, and guiding the team through architecture and deployment considerations to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field required.
• Experience coordinating external vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Experience owning or coordinating QA for software/AI products and test plans.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery for cross-team engineering and AI initiatives.
• Maintain integrated view of milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate with engineering, AI, product, operations, and security stakeholders.
• Evaluate vendor deliverables against requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee AI product delivery, including data requirements and deployment considerations.
• Lead QA strategy and ensure rigorous testing prior to production releases.
• Communicate progress to leadership and translate technical status for non-technical audiences.
• Hire and manage Technical Delivery Leads and mentor team members.
