Job summary

3E is seeking a Technical Project Manager (AI) to bridge product intent and engineering execution, building AI-enabled delivery systems that surface risk early and automate coordination. Reporting to the AI Delivery Team Lead, you will drive end-to-end delivery and governance across pipelines to improve speed, quality, and predictability. Remote-friendly with East Coast proximity.

This role supports remote work and requires coordinating with product, engineering, QA, DevOps, and operations

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading complex software delivery initiatives across multiple teams.
• Experience applying Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid approaches and using flow metrics.

Responsibilities

• Translate product intent into executable work and readiness checks.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes including lead time and release readiness.
• Identify dependencies, blockers and risks early and drive resolution.
• Build and use delivery metrics to guide scope and timelines.
• Apply AI, automation, and delivery tooling to improve speed and quality.
