Job summary

Neural Earth is seeking a Technical Project Manager to bring structure to software delivery across a fully remote engineering team. You’ll run planning cycles, maintain Linear as the single source of truth, surface blockers, and deliver clear daily progress updates.

You’ll design AI-enhanced workflows, prompts, and skills for automated reporting and tracking. You’ll collaborate with leadership to align priorities, identify risks, and help the team move quickly in a fast‑moving early‑stage

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master delivering software engineering work.
• Hands-on experience with Linear or a comparable issue tracker and Slack-first asynchronous collaboration.
• Availability for synchronous meetings during Pacific and Eastern core overlap hours.
• Ability to travel occasionally (~5%).

Responsibilities

• Run the team's weekly planning cadence and keep Linear as the single source of truth.
• Surface blockers early and publish a daily progress read to the team.
• Lead AI in project management, building workflows, prompts, and skills for automation.
• Document architecture diagrams from engineering input to keep progress and design visible.
• Unblock work by coordinating with leadership when priorities are unclear.
