Job summary

DevIQ is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to own client delivery end to end across software, data and AI engagements. You will pair with a technical lead to manage the client relationship, plan, commitments, and outcomes, handling complex engagements for mid-market and larger clients.

You must understand the business problem, make day-to-day calls, and escalate with data and recommendations when needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology delivery
• Experience leading client-facing engagements end to end in consulting, agency or professional services
• Translate business needs into clear delivery plans
• Communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders
• Familiar with cloud, data and AI solutions

Responsibilities

• Own client delivery end to end across software, data and AI engagements.
• Maintain client relationship, plan, commitments and outcomes.
• Run delivery cadences, monitor health, and manage risks and escalations.
