3E is seeking a Technical Project Manager (AI) to lead engineering-enabled delivery initiatives, bridging product intent with execution. You will scale AI-enabled delivery systems that surface risk early, automate coordination, and embed governance into pipelines for faster, higher-quality outputs.

Reporting to the AI Delivery Team Lead, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Operations and support remote work from US East Coast locations, ensuring scalable, trustworthy

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading complex software delivery initiatives across multiple teams and programs.
• Experience applying Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid approaches and using flow metrics to drive decisions.
• Technical fluency across the software development lifecycle including requirements, testing, releases, deployments, CI/CD concepts, and production support.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools, automation, or data-driven workflows to improve delivery, engineering, or operational processes.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated output and apply sound judgment before acting on it.
• Experience leading change and improving accountability in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Operations.

Responsabilités

• Translate Product intent into clear, testable work and automation.
• Strengthen traceability across requirements, stories, testing, releases, and deployments.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes like lead time, quality, and release readiness.
• Identify cross-program dependencies, blockers, and risks early and drive resolution.
• Build and use delivery metrics to guide scope and timelines.
• Forecast using data and AI-generated insights to anticipate risks.
• Apply AI, automation, and delivery tooling to speed decisions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps to strengthen alignment.
• Create reusable delivery practices and frameworks scalable across teams.
• Lead teams through changes in tools, processes, and ways of working.
• Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
