Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software delivery environments.
Strong understanding of modern software development practices and system design.
Hands-on experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and DevOps/CI/CD.
Proficiency with project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery for assigned engagements, including planning, execution, and scope control.
Run delivery rhythm including sprint planning, backlog management, and releases.
Convert client business problems into clear technical direction.
Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning across concurrent engagements.
Implement delivery governance, KPIs, and reporting.
Serve as a people manager for delivery team members, providing coaching and performance feedback.
Partner with Customer Success Managers to align execution with client expectations.
Identify and manage delivery and technical risks.
