Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience with software delivery projects, including Linux and Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of enterprise software deployments in customer environments.
• Coordinate deployment, configuration, testing, and technical readiness activities.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their environment and manage technical expectations.
• Resolve software, infrastructure, OS, network, and integration issues during deployment.
• Provide updates on progress, risks, and issues to the project team.
• Travel globally up to 20% as needed.
