Job summary

DSV is seeking a Senior System Lead, Application & Integration (GCM) to own end-to-end A&I delivery for a global client. You will translate client demand into work packages, oversee regional engineers, and manage change and escalations while maintaining governance and global standards.

You will act as the SPOC for the GCM account, align resources across regions, and ensure timely, quality delivery. Strong communication and cross-border collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in WMS implementation, application & integration management, or supply chain systems delivery.
• Minimum 3 years in a client-facing or account management capacity within logistics or supply chain tech.
• Hands-on experience with WMS platforms (Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Oracle WMS, or equivalent); familiarity with EDI, API, and ERP/TMS connectivity.
• Proven ability to manage change requests end-to-end: intake, scoping, prioritization, delivery oversight, and sign-off.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; experience with ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project or equivalents.
• Demonstrated external-facing SPOC experience for a global enterprise account; senior stakeholder communications.
• Cross-regional coordination experience; ability to align teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own governance, standards, and quality assurance for A&I standards relevant to the GCM client.
• Serve as SPOC for all A&I topics for the GCM account globally, consolidating demand and prioritization.
• Provide functional oversight to A&I engineers, reviewing designs, integration specs, and testing strategies.
• Coordinate cross-regional alignment of demand, resources and priorities across regions.
• Consolidate business demand into actionable A&I work packages and provide leadership visibility on capacity and risks.
• Contribute to global A&I best practices and governance bodies.
