Job summary

WME is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead software development teams and partner with Product, Engineering, and executives across the WME Group. The role requires hands-on collaboration, detail-orientation, and the ability to move quickly in an Agile, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical project management or related delivery leadership.
• Experience leading software development using agile methodologies.
• Experience with in‑house and offshore teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Strong technical literacy across engineering workflows (Git, CI/CD, monitoring, testing, QA, release management).
• Ability to improve systems, integrate tools, and automate workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Linear, Notion, Claude, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive software delivery by removing obstacles that impede progress, release readiness, delivery speed, or quality.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to QA, release, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate productive meetings and ensure clear agendas and notes.
• Support onboarding for new team members and align on tools, processes, priorities, and ways of working.
• Facilitate release management and improve reporting to strengthen accountability and transparency.
