Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering degree from an accredited university or college.
- 8 years in electricity and automation engineering, including distribution automation, substation digitization, diagnostics, APM, device management, and cybersecurity.
- 3 years designing and programming electrical control systems, including SCADA/HMI, IEC 61850, firewalls, cybersecurity, and networking.
- 5 years managing engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a diverse team across System Design, Integration and Testing; set vision and operating model for the Digital Control System Engineering organization.
- Drive a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Tendering, NPI, and Regional Commercial teams to align technical strategy and resource deployment.
