Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Consultant/Project Leader to drive multi-disciplinary grid modernization projects in North America and beyond. The role focuses on managing portfolios, proposals, resources, and commercial performance while delivering high-quality technical solutions.

You will work with experienced engineers, coordinate with Sales to convert opportunities into project execution, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in power systems, power generation, or utility consulting.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex technical projects.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and ability to develop proposals and estimates.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, resource loading, and execution risks.
• Drive revenue by managing billing milestones and invoicing.
• Lead customer relationships and ensure alignment on schedules and milestones.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals with Sales and Operations; collaborate with engineering for cost estimates.
