Job summary

Vehlo is seeking a Customer Success Manager to serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams. You will manage marketing accounts, conduct reviews, and translate data into actionable improvements, all while fostering strong client relationships.

The role requires a customer-service mindset, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with Sales, Development, Production & Marketing Services teams. Remote/hybrid work is available in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required or preferred.
• 2+ years in digital marketing or account management.
• Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tracking tools familiarity preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to build trusting relationships both digitally and by phone.
• Conduct regular account reviews to maintain high retention and show value-based results.
• Analyze opportunities within internet marketing strategy for each account.
• Identify and troubleshoot underperforming client accounts using data from analytics and forms.
