Job summary

Planera, Inc. is hiring a Technical Customer Success Manager to partner with customers, guiding onboarding, adoption, retention and expansion of Planera’s CPM scheduling platform.

The role blends construction scheduling expertise with customer success, requiring hands-on experience with CPM tools and strong stakeholder communication. Remote-first work with travel up to 30% and collaboration with sales, product, and engineering to drive product improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction project management (PM, Superintendent, PE).
• Deep knowledge of CPM scheduling and construction workflows.
• Hands-on experience with CPM tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) and PM workflows.
• Experience managing pilots/POCs for customer evaluation.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and adoption sessions to set customers up for success.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders for retention and expansion.
• Provide expert guidance on scheduling best practices and tool usage.
• Support pilots/POCs and translate feedback into product improvements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with cross-functional teams and analyze usage data.
