This role necessitates strong expertise in construction project management and CPM scheduling. You will develop relationships with customers, provide technical guidance, and support pilots. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience. The position is remote with some travel requirements and offers competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• In-depth knowledge of CPM scheduling and construction workflows.
• Hands-on experience with CPM scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on onboarding sessions for customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Provide expert-level guidance on construction scheduling best practices.
• Support and manage customer pilots and proof-of-concepts.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for expansion.
• Act as the voice of the customer for product improvement.
• Assist customers with technical issues alongside teams.
• Analyze customer usage data for improvement opportunities.
