Planera is a fast-growing startup rebuilding how the construction industry plans and schedules work, with remote-first operations across the US and Canada. Planera sits inside the product management team, and this is the first dedicated product marketing hire focused on shaping features, adoption, and market positioning.

You will own positioning, messaging, and launches end-to-end, while enabling sales with compelling collateral and training. Compensation includes equity and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience marketing products for construction tech or adjacent built-world software.
• Ability to shape product messaging early in design and before launch.
• Track and iterate on marketing results with data-driven approaches.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging for Planera's product suite across surfaces.
• Lead launches end-to-end, including audience, collateral, and campaigns.
• Enable Sales and Solutions Engineering with battle cards and narratives.
