Job summary

MOCA Systems, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Customer Success Associate to support clients using Touchplan in a remote capacity with occasional visits to the Boston office for training and events.

You will launch projects, manage client data, and drive platform adoption while building engagement with customers and providing feedback to improve the UI/UX. A diploma and exposure to CS or B2B SaaS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Entry level professional opportunity in Customer Success
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments preferred
• Exposure to enterprise software applications a plus
• Organizational and project management skills required
• Ability to work in a small, agile team

Responsibilities

• Launch new projects and manage client data
• Oversee training/adoption of best practices
• Resolve product and project-related client questions promptly
• Drive engagement with new and existing clients
• Advocate for UI/UX improvements based on feedback
