Job summary

Clearstory is hiring a Customer Success Manager to ensure contractors extract maximum value from our Change Order platform. You will manage Specialty Contractor customers from launch through adoption, to full rollout and ongoing growth.

You will train end users, support pilots, and work with executive contacts to drive adoption and renewals while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to maximize revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction experience required.
• Strong strategic thinking and visionary leadership.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal across the company.
• Ability to influence and challenge conventional wisdom.
• 3+ years of relevant industry or role experience.
• Proven track record in project management and relationship building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Specialty Contractor customers from launch to adoption and growth.
• Train end users for onboarding and support pilots.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to maximize revenue and product opportunities.
• Participate in weekly activities: strategy reviews, feature demos, and onboarding planning.
