Job summary

ADRM is a leading physical security consulting firm delivering data-driven risk management for financial services, biotech, critical infrastructure, higher education, and technology sectors. We seek a Technical Client Success Specialist to ensure clients have a connected, responsive, and consistently great experience across our services.

You will bridge client needs with ADRM internal teams, understand each client’s environment, surface needs early, and connect the right people to move projects

Qualifications

• Experience in client success, account management, or similar role in professional services or B2B environments.
• Ability to understand client technical requirements and translate them between client teams and ADRM engineering teams.
• Comfort discussing APIs, databases, cloud/SaaS environments, and data flows with clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for ADRM clients and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate communication between clients and ADRM teams across services.
• Maintain visibility into client requests and ensure timely responses.
• Prepare meeting agendas, capture decisions and drive follow-through.
• Support onboarding and help clients understand ADRM services and resources.
