Job summary

Arctiq is seeking a Technical Client Service Manager to act as the primary liaison for MSSP clients, ensuring satisfaction and successful delivery against SLAs. You will blend customer service with technical understanding and project management for secure, reliable services.

You will communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute to ongoing security posture reporting and guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience in an MSP/MSSP environment preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of SLAs and service delivery project management.
• Certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or CISM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between MSSP clients and internal teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships and understand client needs.
• Ensure services are delivered per SLAs and monitor performance.
• Provide regular updates on security incidents and trends.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues and manage projects.
• Support sales with client proposals and upsell opportunities.
