Avantor is seeking a Technical Application Manager to advance our Biopharma Production Efforts. This full-time role is remote with travel on the West Coast, primarily Southern California, supporting Fluid Handling solutions for biopharma production.

The incumbent will provide technical expertise during sales, support multiple sites, resolve product issues, and help customers maximize benefits from Avantor offerings. Strong collaboration with sales and account teams is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in biopharma manufacturing or selling to biopharma.
• Experience with Teams, Salesforce, or QlikView.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical expertise to sales reps, resellers, and customers during the sales process.
• Perform technical sales support at customer sites or multi-site locations.
• Resolve technical product/service issues to secure customer trust.
• Assist customers during the sales process to maximize benefits from Avantor products and services.
• Promote Avantor's Fluid Handling value proposition to support biologic manufacturing processes.
• Assist biopharma account management with technical capabilities presentations and consultative selling.
• Develop customer-tailored single-use products and services with end users.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships to drive brand loyalty and growth.
