GenScript Biotech Corp. is seeking a Technical Account Manager to support sales activities in the Taiwan region.

This remote role focuses on delivering technical advice, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Production, and Science teams. The successful candidate will hold a Master’s degree in a life sciences field, possess strong English and Chinese communication skills, and demonstrate presentation and customer-focused

Qualifications

• Master degree in life sciences fields required.
• 1-2 years commercial experience will be an advantage.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Chinese, verbally and in writing.
• Strong presentation skills and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of daily operation of customer service, handling inquiries, orders, complaints, and technical support.
• Provide technical advice and translate customer requirements into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers, Production Managers and Senior Scientists to support clients.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and benchmarking practices.
• Attend trade shows and deliver technical presentations to customers.
