Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical account management, customer success, or similar.
• Ability to translate technical challenges into business outcomes.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS or IoT environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical customer relationship for assigned accounts and advise on solutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, API, and AI-related issues with stakeholders.
• Optimize implementations to align with customer objectives and value.
• Drive customer success, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
• Coordinate incidents and risk communication with internal and external teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and account records in CRM systems.
• Prepare customers for peak periods and ensure platform reliability.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve complex challenges and share best practices.
