• Excellent spoken and written English; able to communicate confidently with US-based clients.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable working in technology-driven environments.
• Familiarity with project management workflows and tools such as Jira, Notion, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer calls as a facilitator and point of contact, supporting communication and coordination rather than leading sales.
• Coordinate communication between customers, engineering teams, and leadership.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools.
• Review and understand Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure project execution aligns with expectations.
• Prepare structured meeting notes, document decisions, and track action items.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
• Maintain professional, proactive communication with enterprise customers.
• Identify potential communication gaps or project risks and escalate them when necessary.
