PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Technical Account Manager/Partner (Data) Engineer to join our Partner Engineering team. You will be the primary technical liaison for strategic clients, guiding scoping, implementation and ongoing support while collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to solve complex data challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field required.
• 3+ years in a technical role with direct client interaction.
• Strong ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in SQL and data platforms like Snowflake/Redshift/Athena.
• Proficient in Python and related data libraries.
• Experience with AWS core services, storage and analytics.
• Experience with large-scale data and various formats.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical liaison for enterprise clients, driving long-term success.
• Translate complex concepts into clear updates for non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product and Engineering to resolve data challenges.
• Educate clients on platform capabilities, integration best practices, and governance.
• Proactively manage client communications, roadmaps and expectations.
• Document solutions clearly in Confluence or internal wikis.
