Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Technical Account Manager/Partner (Data) Engineer to join our Partner Engineering team. You will be the primary technical liaison for strategic enterprise clients, owning the relationship from scoping through implementation and ongoing support.

Reporting to the Director of Technical Operations and Delivery, this remote role serves clients across the US while collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to solve data challenges and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
3+ years in a technical role with direct client interaction.
Strong SQL and experience with data platforms (Snowflake/Redshift/Athena).
Proficient in Python and data stack (pandas, numpy, polars, pyspark, boto3).
Experience with AWS cloud services (compute, storage, analytics).

Responsibilities

Act as the main technical liaison for clients to ensure long-term success.
Translate complex concepts into clear updates for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and align on requirements.
Educate clients on platform capabilities, integration best practices, and data governance.
