PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Technical Account Manager/Partner (Data) Engineer to join our Partner Engineering team. You will serve as the primary technical liaison for enterprise clients, owning relationships from scoping to implementation and ongoing support.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to solve complex data challenges, translating technical concepts into actionable guidance while communicating clearly to clients.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in a tech role with client interaction.
• Strong SQL and data platforms knowledge.
• Proficient in Python and data stack.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Experience with large datasets and varied formats.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud services.
• Experience with Jira and Git/GitHub.
• Client-focused mindset with problem-solving and detail orientation.
• Comfortable leading technical discussions and ensuring client success.

Responsabilidades

• Act as main technical liaison for enterprise clients and ensure long-term success.
• Translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and align requirements.
• Educate clients on platform capabilities and best practices.
• Proactively manage client communications and roadmaps.
• Document solutions in Confluence or internal wikis.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and design data pipelines.
• Develop in Python for data pipelines and data processing.
• Leverage AWS services for data processing and storage.
• Write production-grade SQL for data transformation.
• Manage CI/CD with GitHub, Jenkins, Docker.
• Follow Agile practices with Jira and DevOps culture.
• Troubleshoot data issues across AWS services and pipelines.
• Leverage AI tools for documentation and code reviews.
