Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years in a technical role with direct client interaction.
• Exceptional communication, able to simplify complex topics.
• Strong SQL; experience with Snowflake/Redshift/Athena.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical liaison for clients, ensuring long-term success.
• Translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Work with internal teams to resolve issues and align on requirements.
• Educate clients on platform capabilities and data governance.
