Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Technical Account Manager/Partner (Data) Engineer to join our Partner Engineering team. You will be the primary technical liaison for strategic clients, owning scoping, implementation, and ongoing support.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to solve data challenges using SQL, Python, and AWS, while translating concepts into actionable guidance for clients. This is a remote, client-facing role across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years in a technical role with direct client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical liaison for clients and ensure long-term success.
• Translate complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Design, build and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows.
• Troubleshoot data issues across AWS services and codebases.
• Lead technical discussions and own client success.
