Job summary

Gurucul is seeking a Technical Account Manager to grow strategic accounts across the East and Midwest US. You will guide deployments, support adoption, and drive renewals while acting as a trusted advisor on NextGen SIEM, UEBA, ITDR, and Insider Threat areas.

Remote position with up to 25% travel, located in the East or Midwest US. You will partner with sales, PS, and product teams to ensure successful deployment, continuous value delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field required.
• 2–5 years as a Technical Account Manager or similar role.
• At least 3 years in cybersecurity-related work.
• Experience with security tools (SIEM/UEBA/XDR/EDR) preferred.
• Strong communication, relationships, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer portfolio and relationships at all levels.
• Act as primary contact for technical inquiries, issues, and escalations.
• Lead onboarding, training, and adoption of Gurucul solutions.
• Coordinate quarterly business reviews and account planning.
• Collaborate with sales, PS, and engineering to drive value and renewals.
• Provide guidance on implementation, optimization, and problem solving.
