Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science.
• Experience with SIEM and SOAR in enterprise environments.
• 5–10 years of SaaS enterprise software support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

• Establish long-term relationships with assigned accounts.
• Provide project leadership and architectural guidance for security initiatives.
• Lead multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Gather and relay product feedback based on customer use-cases.
• Understand customer challenges and advise on best practices.

• Be a customer advocate to ensure timely escalations.
• Travel up to 30% for customer visits.
