Illumio is seeking a remote-based Support professional to help customers contain cyber threats and enable operational resilience across hybrid multi-cloud environments. You will lead customer engagements, provide architectural guidance, and collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to ensure successful outcomes.

This role emphasizes deep cybersecurity expertise, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 30% for on-site visits or training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cybersecurity industry products and architectures.
• Experience with enterprise security solutions and deployments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with executives and security practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Establish long-term relationships with assigned accounts and understand client goals.
• Provide project leadership, coordination, and architectural guidance for cybersecurity initiatives.
• Lead multiple client engagements and drive challenging requests.
• Provide product feedback to PM based on customer use-cases and requirements.
• Advise on Best Practices and drive adoption of Illumio solutions.
• Perform health checks and provide best-practice recommendations.
• Advocate for customers to ensure timely escalations are resolved.
• Proactively guide customers to mitigate issues using extensive experience.
• Collect metrics and report project health and progress.
• Travel up to 30% for customer visits and training.
