Job summary

Illumio is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to guide customers in operating Illumio’s breach containment platform securely. You will resolve complex issues, drive adoption of Zero Trust, and collaborate with Product Engineering to improve the platform.

Role requires 5–10 years in SaaS enterprise software support, strong cybersecurity fundamentals, and the ability to communicate effectively with security practitioners and executives. Remote USA-based position with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cybersecurity products, firewalls and Zero Trust principles.
• Background in data center infrastructure, OS and system administration.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience deploying enterprise security solutions.
• 5–10 years supporting SaaS enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Establish long-term relationships within assigned accounts and understand client goals.
• Provide project leadership and architectural guidance for security initiatives.
• Lead and drive multiple client engagements with strong coordination.
• Give product feedback based on customer use-cases.
• Perform health checks and deliver best-practice recommendations.
