Responsibilities include driving new sales growth through direct customer channels, leveraging technical knowledge to target industries, assisting distributors, and working from a home office while visiting clients as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field preferred.
• Technical experience in additives, binders, resins, or colorants is a plus.
• Willing to travel 50%
• 2+ years of technical and/or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive new sales growth through direct customer channels.
• Use technical knowledge to identify industries and clients who could benefit from our additives.
• Support current distributor with their sales efforts.
• Work from a home office but visit customers and prospects as needed.
