Job summary

Kion is seeking a Technical Account Manager to lead technical advisory for a portfolio of customers, coordinating with CSM and AE to drive value from onboarding through renewal.

You will guide cloud governance, FinOps practices, and platform enhancements, maintaining strong relationships with enterprise and government accounts while collaborating across Engineering, Product, and Support teams.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or professional services (or equivalent).
• Relationship-first mindset with trust and credibility.
• Technical fluency in cloud infrastructure and governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of executive-level dialogue.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic accounts and serve as the primary technical liaison.
• Lead onboarding and quarterly business reviews, driving value realization.
• Troubleshoot platform issues end-to-end and guide governance discussions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Support, and Sales to ensure customer outcomes.
