Job summary

24-MAG LLC is offering a part-time independent contractor opportunity for experienced Transactional Attorneys with deep expertise in technology transactions, contract negotiation, drafting, redlining, derivatives, and commercial review to contribute to an advanced AI training and contract-evaluation project.

Selected professionals will review workflows, conduct simulated negotiations, evaluate AI-generated responses, and help establish rigorous contract-analysis standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of in-house legal experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, derivatives documentation, and related agreements.
• Demonstrated contract-drafting, negotiation, and redlining expertise.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into structured evaluation feedback.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and analyse agreements used in technology and commercial transactions.
• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review AI-generated responses to transactional and contract scenarios and provide feedback for improvement.
• Develop objective evaluation frameworks for contract-related tasks and document standards for evaluation.
