Qualifications

• At least three years in-house, working on technology transactions.
• You have negotiated and reviewed MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs and DPAs yourself.
• Experience working with legal, product or research teams, with clear written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Run negotiation exercises and redline commercial technology contracts.
• Review answers to contract scenarios for legal risk, accuracy and precision.
• Set the scoring criteria that decide what a strong contract answer looks like.
• Improve the review guides and best practices the work follows.
