• Minimum of three years in-house tech transactions experience.
• Hands-on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining of commercial contracts.
• Familiarity with MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs or derivatives transactions.
• Fluent in English with clear written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Review commercial contracts and derivatives agreements, marking changes you would make.
• Use simulated negotiations to weigh the legal and commercial effect of proposed language.
• Check whether AI gets contract scenarios right, spots risks, and shows precise, practical judgment.
• Set objective grading criteria and identify important legal or commercial points that AI responses overlook.
